The Way We Roll
(Guide for Being a Good Community Member)

Welcome to the 60 Vibe community!!

We made every effort to design a space and cultivate a culture to ensure you have an environment to do your best work. Here are some community norms to make that happen:

Connect and Thrive: We can promise you a diverse, friendly and active community, so be yourself and get to know the other members. This will allow you to learn, grow and collaborate!

Workspace: Unless you are renting a dedicated desk, the open space is yours to use and configure as you need to on a first come, first served basis.

Respect your Colleagues: Working in a shared space requires paying attention to our actions and our impact on others as well as enjoying the great opportunities to learn from our many members. Know when to use your soft voice and when it’s appropriate to network and interact in your normal way!

Book Meeting Rooms: We have an easy-to-use software platform to book meeting spaces so you can plan ahead. If no one is booked in the space, feel free to pop-in and use the rooms as needed, but remember, booked time always trumps drop-in users.

Taking/Making Phone Calls:  We do have a small room for private phone calls and you are also more than welcome to use the building common areas.  Please take advantage of those areas so as not to disturb your neighbors.

Guests: This is your place of business, so please feel free to schedule a meeting room to meet with your associates or clients. If you have guests who want/need to work alongside of you during business hours (8am-10pm M-F), please have your guest purchase a one-day guest pass.  On the day your guest arrives, we will be happy to set him/her up in order to ensure that he/she has a productive day.

Keep it Clean: While we will have a cleaning crew in on a regular basis, we practice “leaving the space in a better condition than when you found it.” Do your part to keep desks and table areas clean, throw your trash away, and use the refrigerator to keep food items fresh.  Also, please take care of the bathrooms and notify the management if anything needs to be addressed.

Key Fobs: If you are assigned or loaned a key FOB for the building, please do not share with anyone. (Be careful, you’ll be charged $30 fee for replacement of lost fobs.)

Security:  We have installed a web-based camera system for the space, as well as key card access with your mobile device or key fob for your convenience and comfort.  So only members will have access to the space.  As such, do not let anyone into the space whom you do not recognize.

Keep Communications Open: Give us feedback. We welcome your suggestions and feedback on the space, the operation, the events or anything else on your mind to help us improve your experience. So let it rip and don’t be shy to share your ideas!

Reminder: Terms and Conditions
(the small print)

Rent: The advantage of a co-working space is offering you flexibility to control your overhead. There is no lease. Each month is paid in advance on the first of the month. If you start mid-month, the first month will be prorated. The last month is always paid as a full month so plan your space needs accordingly.

No Tenancy: Members have no tenancy of any nature.

Failure to abide: Members are expected to abide by and adhere to these rules and regulations, which may be amended by Owner (Bell Tower Management) from time to time. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in the termination of your occupancy.  If terminated, that member shall pay and indemnify Owner against all costs and expenses incurred by Owner which result from the failure of the terminated member to vacate the co-working space.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification: During the period of use and occupancy, members shall hold harmless and indemnify Owner from any claim for theft or damage to property or injury to a person arising out of your use and occupancy of the Premises.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

These norms are important for everyone to enjoy your time at 60 Vibe. So thank you in advance for following them!
